day 11...

well it's definitely got a lot easier. Been a while since thee last post but been muy ocupada!!
So now we have a flat with 3 other french girls, very nice albeit very green walled flat and i have a room which has... A WINDOW!! one of the most difficult reqs... found a few nice rooms but they just didn't have windows... Which is obvs quite depressing! So anyway we have one now but the only downside is that...
Thefrench girls we are sharing with, two of them have to share a room and so therefore they aren't entirely sure whether theyre going to stay. But we had a nice bonding sesh last night making lists of vocab in french, eng, and spanish to stick around the flat! btw sorry if there are some mistakes in this as i'm writing on my phone and can't actually see what i'm writing cos it wont let me scroll down.... Ah the joys of having a laptop whose battery never lasts long enough. Yes that is another downside at the mo...the flat doesnt have internet at the mo (we're in the process of setting it up with orange) so whenever we need intr we have to come to the plaza/martha& sarah's! Anyway. So what else?
Just finally done my timetable and gone through the v annoying process of searching through on the internet to find what course is when etc ect...
So now i'm actually studying...
A spanish language course (much needed!) which costs 130ish euros andddddd
Ancient history ofspain,
Contempoorary history of andalucia,
Translation french-spanish
And african texts in the french language!
Ohhh dear, just saw how i tried to spell contemporary. Soorry all!

We went to jerez yday, which was really weird and spooky, like a ghost town... Probably due to siesta but it was a nice trip out for a day with worse weather (bad weather here is drizzle!!..great..)
And the other day went to seville- beautiful...thecathedral was lovely and amazing
And been to the beach a few times! Was thinking of going to portugal for a few days too but glad we didnt seeing as how much stuff we've had to sort out for uni today!!
Anyway gotta dashhhhh,

wellllll hello!
So day two over... Pretty much a ridic emotional rollercoaster!one second we feel like getting on the next plane home and the next it's not so bad. Just vvv hard to find somewhere to live..lists are outdated and phoning people in spanish is a challenge in itself! Feel a lot further from home than we are. But on the plus side, everyone IS actually nice and sarah&martha (who came out before us) have been major help and eevn gave us dinner this eve! Going flathunting with 2 v nice french girls tomorrow, which may prove a bit more successful as looking for a 4 person flat is (we hope) easier than looking for 2 rooms in a flat. Anywayyyyy before my internet turns to sheeeee again i will post, willl update later ... Cadiz itself is lovely btw, so so pretty, cant wait to enjoy it a bit more howevs!

a wee way of keeping you all updated while I'm away, enjoy.
for those who don't know, going to Cádiz in Spain on monday (at the hour of 6.50am) so that means leaving Leeds at about 3am... jellllls much?! then have to somehow study archaeology and history in spanish for a few months. january, Grenoble it is! bring on the sun&beach and then the snow&mountains, aaaah
currently just started packing which is a challenge in itself. which nail polish colours shall i take? such hard decisions!
